Where can I buy sheets of self-adhesive vinyl to custom sticker for my car?

I try to make a decal original to my car and looking for one of these self-adhesive vinyl (PVC?) sheet. I googled and what I could find one of those custom-made shop signs and everything. I want to cut and make my own! Please help me where I can buy plastic / vinyl!

I work in a shop sign and I am sorry to say not just as lists and not in the leaves smaller. Try going to a store sign and ask them if they have any scrap of vinyl, you can buy. If someone came into our shop, I am sure my boss would get something.
