A die is hard tooling that is made to make the same decal over and over. Custom vinyl decals are made all the time and are produced on a machine with a computer controlled knife that can cut out whatever design you order. There will be some fee for laying out your design, if you can design it yourself and provide an appropriate graphics file, you will save money.
