Decal (kinda) question for a polished chrome frame

I find it difficult to identify some stickers for my vintage restoration, so … Do specialists images offer anything like that (Pinarello lettering, etc.) if it is just etched in chrome, or chrome lettering Satin? It's an expensive proposition. The company for which I bike design was between having a language of laser cut wood (!) Right logo in metal or sticker. Although the sticker was cheaper to do it was also much more expensive to implement due to the processing station. To my knowledge the Pinarello you show a logo laser engraved on the chrome. Darn Chrome is so strong that most "safe" methods burning are excluded, but there are a couple of possibilities, I experimented with if you want to risk … First, if you have a rubber mask cut and applied, chromium may be sanded for a burned appearance. Unfortunately, it is possible that you may cause the steel and have a problem rust in the logo that gets under the chrome and destroys the fabric. You can also use a chemically resistant to use a mask and etch acid. Although easier to control than sanding it also defines the context open to corrosion. If you choose to use a sticker, it is essential that clear coat be placed on top of it. It is, as you might guess, will dull the finish.
