Make a table (one column and one row) to the size you want (say 10" square). Then load the image of the helmet. You can use WordArt feature to add a slogan or whatever. When it looks the way you like, print it out on Avery 8.5 by 11, full page label paper, using a color laser or high quality ink jet printer. This is an easy way to make labels. The Avery paper (or some version of it) is available at office supply stores. Use Microsoft Word and the "table" function in it.
