How do I upload bumper stickers on facebook?

i made my own personal bumper sticker in "paint" but when i try to upload it into the bumper stickers application, it always says "sticker cannot be uploaded because: content type is not included in the list"

how can i make this work?

    Okay, you can’t upload pictures that you made on paint because when you make a picture on paint and save it to your computer it saves in the bmt or something format. And they don’t let you add those pictures for the bumper sticker. Any other format is fine :)
