How hard is it to remove decals from a car window?

I’m considering putting a couple decals on the back window of my car but knowing myself, I might get tired of them in a couple years and want them gone. Is it difficult to remove them?

I’ve read about using hair dryers, razor blades, WD-40, vinegar, ect. but I want to know if these or any other methods actually work well. Thanks!
