Sure, everybody has their ‘Monster WRX’ sticker file, but how many have an authentic one, using the real logos, and graphics on the real car? didn’t think so. @vettefan88 i do’nt think so, people online will se a bunch of random stickers, not the pictures that you replaced. BTW noce modding, I wish i could open the sticker files on the PC version too.
@BrazzuccaBR that’s not how the stcker files work on the PC version.
the game doesn’t store each individual shape, color, and size of each layer you place.
the stickers are stored as images of the final product. just like a jpg, or png file on the computer.
everybody online sees these images.

@vettefan88 Well, I still think you’re mistaken, but since each game has its own way of working, it may be me, like i said, since each sticker has an “ID”, if you replace the image of a “square” by a “skull” in YOUR game files, the other players with non-modified game, you see you with the “square”, because their game will read de IDs of the stickers you’re using and show them on them on their game… I’m not here to say that you’re wrong, but tht’s how it usually works…

the saved stickers don’t have ID’s.
I had not replaced any files in the game.
the game saves stickers using a modified version of it’s texture format, each finished sticker the game saves is actually an image. not a collection of each individual sticker shape used, and it’s attributes.
I didn’t tell the game ‘the square is now a monster symbol’, that’s not how it works in THIS game.

Well you will have to wait untill you see a car with those custom stickers in the game then. I have seen several vehicles with stickers that FOR SURE is not standard stickers (mostly naked ladies). So you are wrong. Others DO see your custom stickers.

@BrazzuccaBR They are visible. I’ve been in a follow the leader game mode with VetteFan88 on Xbox 360. I can definently see them.
how can i put custom sticker files into my save? ive been trying to find a way to get something like that on my cars for a while now, sick of searching.. how do you do it? what program ect…
