Would using a copyright decal fall under the doctrine of first sale?
I sell personalized advice and Cornhole I purchase a license, copyright vinyl decals of NFLshop.com to put on them. Is not the same as buying tissue and sell it? Is there any way to get information so I can have this snack a licensed group told me not to use their logos?
The fabric is a good analogy, in my opinion. The key to ensuring that your customers do not think your Cornhole boards are in no way related, endorsed or sponsored by the NFL or the respective teams on the thumbnails.
