A decal of the laser water slide is a thin transparent sheet of plastic such as film adhered to paper, which can be printed on a laser printer. Once the printed film is cured, the paper is immersed in water, and the film "slides" the paper. The paper is discarded, and the transparent film "slides" on the finished product.
