What should I do with my polka dot decals?

I have about 100 small polka dot decals. I don’t want to randomly put them on my wall beacause I don’t want it to be too busy. My wall is light green and I have blue/green/brown decals. My curtains have flowers on them. I was thinking of making flowers out of my dots but I don’t know how that would work! I want my room to look creative!
